♡ 86 ( +1 | -1 ) Conditional MovesI am one of the many that have been asking mike to implement a conditional move feature here at GK.
He did!! I was one of the many that hailed the feature as a "well done."
In the past 2 days I have lost 2 games with a loss of 35 rating points. Why?
I worked out a series of conditional moves then forgot and played the second move first and submitted it. Both were serious blunders and I had to resign. :-(
Now that we have this great featue that I was one of the many to ask for I now have to put my brain "in gear" and remember to push all the right buttons and then "submit". They have been costly mistakes. My goal of staying above 2100 has been crushed. To make up those 35 stupidly lost points is difficult here at GK.
Anyhow to you out there that use conditional moves remember to play the series from 1-2-3 not 2-3-1. :-) Chuck

♡ 50 ( +1 | -1 ) The theory isNo matter how you mix the letters, as long as you put the first and last letters in its original position, it will perfectly be readable :)
The biggest "benefit" from the conditional move feature for me is I can use it to play around while waiting the opponent to make a move, especially in complex position. I beat 2000+ player (and a few more) using this feature. I felt that it won't improve my skill this way (so often I chose to think conventionally), and I think that winning and rating is not so important, but sometimes winning is fun :P

♡ 28 ( +1 | -1 ) Thank youWhat?! I crushed you in that game and you know it! :D (kidding of course).
Oh, and you didn't waste 19 points on me; You inspired me to get my rating back up where it belongs, and you made my day :). (By the way: I just watched your "other game", and I laughed out loud :D. That's one of the strangest moves I've ever seen!).
